A Crock Pot Kind of Day

Today is overcast, a bit chilly and a perfect day for cooking in my fantabulous crock pot! I love love love my crock pot! A few minutes ago the hubby mentioned that it is a stew kind of day, so I'll be making a family favorite called Meatball & Veggie Stew.
