What I Did This Decade

Can someone please tell me exactly where this decade went? Just yesterday I was marveling at how the world didn't come to a screeching halt like the Y2K nuts said it would and now it's ten years later. So, to recap, here is what I did this decade:

  • Graduated from high school and went to college
  • Met this really hot guy and married him
  • Dropped out of college
  • Let the hubby join the army and moved to Hawaii (then Texas, then Kentucky)
  • Gave birth to 3 awesome kids
  • Went back to college
  • Read some books
  • Voted
  • a bunch of other random things
So, what did you do this decade? Anything interesting?

    I spent the decade pregnant. And the five yrs prior as well LOL

    This decade I lost half of my family, married an awesome man (my high school sweetheart!), had 3 kids, many cats, one dog, moved I don't know how many times! It's been crazy.

    Stopping by from SITS...I reflected on the same thing about what occurred in this decade on my blog too. Seems like it was just yesterday that we were celebrating y2k! A big decade for alots of us!

    Stopping by from SITS too. Last night it hit me what a rollercoaster this past decade was! I got divorced, got married (definitely an upgrade!), got a new job, finished grad school, moved 3 times. Oh and did two sprint distance triathlons.

    I am like you-- the '00s (what do we call them? The Oh's? The Ought's? The Ought-not's?) were a landmark decade from me. Graduations, marriages, moves, babies... It makes me wonder what could lie ahead in the 10s!
